Just want to give you a big mahalo and congratulations for keeping the spirit of surfing alive and well Hawaiian style.  I have never watched the Triple Crown or other events, but this today was spellbinding.  All of the people involved, from the announcer Martin Potter, George Downing, the Quiksilver staff and all who made this event so memorable, oh yes, and the surfers! were such a testimony to the spirit of Eddie Aikau and your family.  Thank you for helping me to enjoy and respect this sport without  all the hype and mainland style attitude.  The coverage was absolutely awesome and mother nature did her part.  A big mahalo and kudos for a most memorable event.  Aloha, Nancy Lam
